Walker County Commissioners will meet for a special session at the courthouse at nine this morning.
Purchasing Agent Mike Williford will discuss, for approval, the purchase of a 2013 F350 Horton Concept-3 ambulance from budgeted funds for $131,600 dollars.
Administrative Assistant Sherri Pegoda will discuss the approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for School Resource Officers between Walker County and the New Waverly ISD.
Commissioner White will talk about possible action concerning dead trees.
Judge Danny Pierce will discuss approval of an agreement between Walker County and the Huntsville Hotel Group for tax abatement as approved on November 13th, 2012.
And, Commissioners will talk about appointing the County Judge to represent Commissioners’ Court regarding litigation.
