Wednesday morning at 9:30–Walker County Emergency Management Coordinator Butch Davis, local Community Plan Coordinator David Anderson, along with representatives from the H-GAC–met with local criminal justice officials, victim’s assistance agencies, and concerned citizens at the Storm Shelter to develop a plan that identifies gaps in services in the criminal justice system in our county.
H-GAC Public Safety Program Planner Larry Smith filled everyone in on what a community plan is . . . .

All applications made to the Criminal Justice Division of the Governor’s Office must tie into a community plan.
