Published on July 05, 2012 by Larry Crippen

A 31-year-old Conroe man, Christopher Alexander Clark, was indicted by a Walker County grand jury Thursday on a single count of improper photography or visual recording. The indictment says Clark put a smartphone, with an internet application that allowed continuous photos, near the toilet in the restroom of the New Waverly Fire Station. If convicted, he could get up to two years in a state facility and a fine of $10,000 dollars.
