Alan Jackson
Alan Jackson’s Thirty Miles West has ended the five-week reign
of Carrie Underwood’s Blown Away at the top of Billboard‘s
country album charts.

There’s a new No. 1 song, too: Eric Church’s
“Springsteen.”

Jackson’s first-week sales totaled 72,848
units, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

The other debuting albums are the self-titled Jana
Kramer
, which checks it at No. 5 on sales of 16,295 copies, and the various-artists collection, Kin: Songs by Mary
Karr Rodney Crowell
(No. 32).

Luke
Bryan
‘s Spring Break 3 … It’s a Shore Thing comes back to the chart at No. 75.

The Zac
Brown Band
‘s “Wind” is the highest ranking
new song (No. 27). Also fresh from the farm are Katie Armiger’s “Better
in a Black Dress” (No. 54) and Rodney Atkins’ “Just Wanna Rock ‘n’ Roll”
(No. 57).

Albums No. 2 through No. 4, in that order, are Underwood’s Blown Away, Bryan’s Tailgates
Tanlines
and Lionel Richie’s Tuskegee.

Lined up behind
“Springsteen” on the Top 5 songs shelf are Bryan’s “Drunk on You,”
Brantley Gilbert’s “You
Don’t Know Her Like I Do,”
Underwood’s “Good Girl” (last
week’s No. 1) and the Eli Young Band’s “Even
if It Breaks Your Heart.”

Enough! Let us speak no more of this.
