Kenny Chesney released a new single, “Come Over,” to country radio on
Monday (May 4). The track comes from his upcoming album, Welcome to the Fishbowl, due June 19 on BNA Records.
Over’ is about two people who are as broken as their relationship is, when they realize deep down that their time together
has probably run its course, but they aren’t really ready to emotionally or physically move on to something else,” said Chesney.
“They keep going back to each other because it’s familiar. It’s about emotionally feeling wanted in a moment, but it feels
impossible to let anybody else fill that void. It’s a really sexy song with lyrics that are incredibly universal.”
filmed a music video for “Come Over” in Florida with director Shaun Silva. The song was written by Sam Hunt, Shane McAnally
and Josh Osborne. Chesney and touring partner Tim McGraw are currently in
the Top 10 with their duet, “Feel Like a Rock Star.”

Drew Brees and actor Matthew McConaughey for a charity event in New Orleans on Saturday (May 12). Proceeds will help provide
after-school fitness and wellness programs in the New Orleans area, as well as providing care, education and opportunities
for children and families in Louisiana and the Gulf Coast.
At the end of his performance at House of Blues, Chesney
was joined onstage by Brees and McConaughey for a rendition of “Boys
of Fall.” In addition, one patron paid $10,000 to sing a verse of “Somewhere With You” with Chesney.
