Kip Moore’s hit single, “Somethin’ ‘Bout a Truck,” spent two weeks at No. 1 and now, it has been certified platinum for sales of more than one million units. The single’s success is something Kip is still trying to comprehend.
“I can’t wrap my head around platinum,” he said. “I had a hard enough time wrapping my head around gold, so there’s no way I can wrap my head around platinum. It’s something that every writer and artist dreams to be a part of, something that is working like this.”
