I’m no lawyer, but I think Jason Aldean’s
got a pretty good case. Late Monday night (June 11), Aldean tweeted he’d been
ticketed at the beach for swimming when warnings were posted. “Dear officer who gave me a ticket on the beach today for
swimming in the water with double red flags. Thanx for the warning, Barney Fife!” Aldean wrote. In another tweet, he acknowledged,
“I know he was doin’ his job, but I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t drown in knee deep water. Gimme a break!” The smartest thing
Aldean did, though, was document his side of the story with a picture.
“I would like to present exhibit A!!!!! Case closed,” he sent out with a photo of the beach and at
