The HISD Board of Trustees met last night for their regular board meeting. A great deal of time was spent talking about the success of the newly instituted “Megalunch” at the high school.
Several students talked about the benefits of the new program in allowing them to get homework or other important tasks done during the day.
Huntsville High School Principal, Dr. Beth Burt, filled trustees in on the program’s attributes . . . .

HISD Superintendent Dr. Steve Johnson was also pleased with the way the program turned out and complimented Dr. Burt on her work . . . .
