Ag Commissioner Staples on Fall Equinox

Come September 22nd, the Fall Equinox begins resulting in an equal number of daylight and nighttime hours.

Texas Ag Commissioner Todd Staples comments . . . .


Commissioner Staples says, “Producers in South Texas are preparing to plant fall crops such as broccoli, cauliflower, leaf lettuce, potatoes, and spinach.” He also says the fall season is a good time to do home landscaping.
