Join the Huntsville-Walker County Chamber of Commerce on Friday, April 5th, as they have the privilege to introduce Huntsville’s newest CEO at Huntsville Memorial Hospital during the next Chamber Lunch and Learn. After a unanimous vote by the Huntsville Memorial Hospital Board of Directors, Shannon Brown was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer and assumed his duties beginning January 25th. Brown succeeds Sally Nelson, who announced her retirement after serving for five years.
This is your opportunity to meet Mr. Brown, hear his plans and goals for the hospital, and update us on health care issues as they regard individuals and our community as a whole. Open to the citizens of Huntsville, you do not have to be a chamber member to attend.
To be held at the First Baptist Church Family Life Center at 1229 Avenue J, the luncheon meal will feature Bennie J’s Smoke Pit. Mr. Brown will begin his presentation at noon, and lunch will be served at 11:30. Seating is limited and is first-come first-serve with reservations required. Due to limited seating, payment is due at registration no later than Tuesday, April 2nd. The cost for the program and lunch is $15 dollars.
