OFFSTAGE: How to Make Zac Brown’s Super Bowl Ribloaf

Zac Brown didn’t call it a ribloaf.
I just made that up. He calls it a boneless rib meatloaf. But whatever it is, you are going to want to make it for whatever
kind of Super Bowl party you may be hosting or going to on Sunday (Feb. 3). Brown told CMT Radio this dish is the best thing
he’s ever eaten in his life. And since he’s such a connoisseur¬†of seriously good food, that means a lot. To make Brown’s
original recipe, you’ll need baby back ribs, brown sugar and bacon. “I took a rack of baby back ribs, and I deboned them,”
he says about step one. “And we wrapped those in bacon and put some brown sugar in there with them and smoked it, and it was
the best thing I’ve ever eaten in my life.” Do you have a Super Bowl recipe that is the best thing you’ve ever eaten in your
life? If so, bring it on. Because isn’t the food (and the commercials) really why we all love the Super Bowl so much anyway?
