Tuesday, 20-year-old Cy-Fair Lone Star College student Dylan Quick was overpowered by students and taken into custody by law enforcement shortly after he had allegedly stabbed 14 people.
Twelve of the victims were rushed to area hospitals, while two were treated at the scene for minor wounds.
Witnesses report Quick ran down a hallway in the Health and Science Center randomly stabbing students.
He has been charged with three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Yesterday afternoon, six victims had been taken to Memorial Hermann Trauma Institute. Two were reported at the time to be in critical condition, and three were in good condition. One patient was discharged following treatment.
The Medical Center in North Cypress reported that they received, treated, and released six patients.
