New City Manager Matt Benoit to Speak at Chamber’s “Lunch and Learn” Presentation

Published on January 16, 2013 by Larry Crippen

Join the Huntsville-Walker County Chamber of Commerce on Friday, January 25, 2013 as they introduce Huntsville’s newest City Manager Matt Benoit at their first Chamber Lunch and Learn for 2013.

Mr. Benoit moved to Huntsville just a month ago from Farmers Branch, Texas and brings with him years of experience from serving in several other cities including Farmers Branch, Wichita Falls, and Herington, Kansas.

The luncheon is open to the citizens of Huntsville, and you do not have to be a Chamber member to attend.  This is your opportunity to hear Mr. Benoit’s plans and goals for our community as he shares the state of the city with the public.

The luncheon will be held at the Education Service Center Region VI located at 3332 Montgomery Road. Mr. Benoit will begin his presentation at noon, and lunch will be served at 11:30.  Seating is limited to 60 people and is first-come first-served with reservations required. Due to limited seating, payment is due at registration.  The cost is $15 dollars.

This is an excellent opportunity for the citizens of Huntsville to meet Mr. Benoit and ask questions so that they may be better informed on the issues that face our community. For more information, call 936-295-8113.
