Public Comments Are Welcome at Charter Review Meeting

Published on April 30, 2013 by Larry Crippen

The 2013 Charter Review Committee has scheduled its next meeting for this afternoon beginning at 5:30. Time will be allotted for public comments at the meeting.

Public comments will be allowed at the meeting to give citizens an opportunity to explain areas of concern the committee may have overlooked up to this point.

Comments will be limited to five minutes per person and will not continue past the committee’s adjournment of  7 PM.

City Secretary Lee Woodward said the minutes of the previous Charter Review Committee meetings are available on the City’s Web site, and audio recordings are available on request.

For more information, contact Lee Woodward at (936) 291-5403.
