Published on August 16, 2013 by Larry Crippen

Eighteen SHSU, TDCJ, and Huntsville Memorial Hospital employees will spend the next nine months developing their leadership potential as the first group for the university’s High Potential Employee Leadership Academy.

The new participants went through an orientation with their facilitator David Yebra on August 9th. He filled us in on the new leadership program . . . .

The actual academy program, which was initiated by SHSU President Dr. Dana Gibson, will begin sessions on September 19th and run through May 16th. A second group will be selected over the summer.

David Yebra will be our guest on “Around Town” this weekend.
