Venomous Snake Bite Seminar at Storm Shelter Tuesday Night

Huntsville Memorial Hospital hosted a Venomous Snake Bite Seminar at the Walker County Storm Shelter last night featuring lectures from experts and exhibits.

On hand to speak were SHSU Herpetologist Dr. Bill Lutterschmidt, Ellen Trout Zoo Representative Charlotte Henley, Snake Handler Julian Weslow, and Southeast Texas Poison Center Community Education Specialist Deborah Leal.

Ms. LealĀ  filled everyone in on the various aspects of dealing with venomous snakes in our state . . . .
