Aggravated Robbery Suspect Back in Jail

Published on April 16, 2014 by Larry Crippen

A suspect in a couple of home invasion robberies in 2013 is back in the Walker County Jail after not appearing at a court date.

Thirty-seven-year-old Darrick Edward Ross was picked up by Huntsville and Conroe Police officers Monday  following his discharge from a Harris County medical facility. At present, he is in the County Jail on a bond revocation warrant for failure to appear.

The suspect was scheduled to be tried in 278th District Court back on April 7th for a charge of aggravated robbery in connection with a break-in at a Montgomery Road residence in February of 2013.
