The Huntsville City Council will hold their regular meeting at six tonight at City Hall.

Previous to the meeting, at 5 PM, there will be a presentation and discussion regarding developer agreements in the extra-territorial jurisdiction by City Manager Matt Benoit and Economic Development Director Aron Kulhavy.

Tonight’s “Consent Agenda” includes adoption of an ordinance for a budget amendment for funds to construct an access road to Elkins Lake Wastewater Lift Station #3, the awarding of a contract for Well #20 rehabilitation and amending the budget for its support and the approval of a contract with American Fidelity for Stop Loss insurance coverage and a payment of $396,893.

Tonight’s “Statutory Agenda” features discussion and possible action in the awarding of a bid for a ground lease at the airport and the authorization of a lease agreement for a hangar.

Mayor Mac Woodward will possibly take action on nominations for the 2015 H-GAC Representative and Alternate.

And, City Manager Matt Benoit and his department heads may discuss various City projects.
