District Clerk Robyn Flowers On Record-Scanning Efforts

Published on May 28, 2014 by Larry Crippen

Walker County District Clerk Robyn Flowers informed County Commissioners that she is ordering a book scanning machine that was approved on last year’s budget. Total cost for the machine, including associated costs, is around $21,000. She will be scanning the 400 large index books in her office. The machine will then be passed on to other county departments to scan their books, as well.

A person will be hired temporarily at the college to scan records housed for the county there . . . .
