Huntsville Man Charged with Falsifying Documents

Sixty-eight-year-old Huntsville resident Patrick Michael Penker was indicted by the grand jury last week for two felonies for allegedly falsifying documents after the death of his wife last year.

Penker was indicted for forging a financial instrument and tampering with a government record with intent to defraud.
