UT Study Recommends Air Conditioning for TDCJ Units

A new study by the UT Law School’s Human Rights Clinic recommends that TDCJ should air condition all of their state-run prisons because environmental conditions during the summer subjects inmates and correctional officers to unhealthy levels of heat.
