Winter Storm Warning Canceled–Winter Weather Advisory Issued

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE SAYS A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET IS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON TODAY. THE WINTER STORM WARNING IS CANCELED.

CHANCE OF PRECIPITATION IS 50 PERCENT TODAY.  A WINTRY MIX OF FREEZING RAIN, SLEET AND SNOW WILL END BY MIDDAY.

FREEZING RAIN ACCUMULATIONS UNDER 0.05 OF AN INCH ARE EXPECTED.

THERE MAY BE ICE ACCUMULATIONS ON ELEVATED ROADWAYS AND POSSIBLY SOME SURFACE ROADS. ELEVATED ROADWAYS MAY BECOME IMPASSABLE.

IF TRAVELING, DRIVE WITH EXTREME CAUTION.
