City Council Moves Forward on Manufactured Home Issues

One of the areas of major focus at last night’s City Council session were issues related to manufactured housing in the City of Huntsville.

Director of Community and Economic Development, Aron Kulhavy, spoke to the issues . . . .

 

Regarding the Development Code issues, Councilmember Montgomery proposed an amendment to that . . . .

 

Ms. Montgomery’s amendment was approved. A storage unit had been required separate from the homes. The Development Code amending ordinance was also approved.

Regarding the Code of Ordinances, Councimember Rodriguez called for a change . . . .

His amendment was approved. The amended chapter of the code of ordinances was also approved.

The council also dealt with paid parking and one-way streets by SHSU last night.
