Brooke Addams came to Huntsville from San Angelo, TX., where she spent many years entertaining listeners as a morning co-host, mid-day personality, and promotions coordinator for KELI-FM (K-Lite) and KCSE-FM (Sunny 96.5). Prior to that, she worked at KNEL-Brady, KGKL-San Angelo, KIXY-San Angelo, and KORA/KTAM-Bryan/College Station. Brooke received a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Journalism from Angelo State University!
Brooke's hobbies include photography, fishing, and toting her busy kiddos to their many activities. (How busy can a 6 & 3 year-old be????? You don't even want to know!) She's learning to bow fish, and finds time to watch her favorite TV shows, "24" and "Law & Order SVU".
Brooke is board member for the Huntsville Lions Club, an individual member of the Huntsville-Walker County Chamber of Commerce, a member of HLI Class 23 (the BEST class!), volunteer for the American Cancer Society's RELAY FOR LIFE , and a member of the Faith Lutheran School PTO. Brooke was a finalist for Huntsville "Citizen of the Year" in 2003 for her involvement with the American Cancer Society in Walker County. Brooke was named "Volunteer of the Year" for the Huntsville Family YMCA in 2009. She is a finalist for Huntsville "Citizen of the Year" in 2010. She and her husband, Aryn Corley, attend First United Methodist Church. Brooke & Aryn's greatest accomplishments are son, Christian, and little sister, Lizzie Grace...and the newest addition to the family, Bailey Nicole, due to arrive in April 2010!
You may have seen Brooke on TV-78! She hosts a show called, "Swap Jobs with Brooke Addams".
Brooke acts as Operations Manager and Program Director for KSAM-KHVL.
