In Huntsville Police news, looking back over the past several days:
On Saturday, a robbery was reported in the 4000 block of Sam Houston Avenue. Property was stolen in the 2500 block of Sam Houston Avenue. In the 2200 block of Hill Street, Walter Woods was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Robert Paul Pool was arrested at 19th Street and Normal Park Drive for possession of a controlled substance and tampering with evidence. In the 2800 block of Sam Houston Avenue, Daryl Goffney was arrested on municipal warrants and possession of a controlled substance.
On Sunday, Alexavier Pinson was arrested for evading, unlawful carrying of a weapon and loud noise in the 2500 block of Avenue M. In the 400 block of MLK, Natasha Mills was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication.
On Monday, an unknown suspect threatened a person with a handgun in the 1700 block of I-45 South. In the 500 block of I-45 South, an unknown suspect possibly sexually assaulted the victim—in an unknown time frame and location. A person reported being assaulted by a known person in the 700 block of State Highway 19. A vehicle was stolen in the 500 block of Bowers Boulevard. In the 2500 block of Lake Road, a juvenile was detained for vehicle burglary.
On Tuesday, property was reported stolen in the 1700 block of Pleasant Street. A business was burglarized in the 2100 block of 19th Street. In the 300 block of US 190, a known suspect recklessly caused bodily injury to another person. A known suspect was reported to have sexually assaulted a person in the 700 block of Boettcher Mill Road.
