Congressman Brady Questions Participants in Hearing on Employer Mandate Delay

The House Ways & Means Health Subcommittee held a hearing on the delay of the Employer Mandate Wednesday.

Congressman Kevin Brady was in attendance asking questions to various participants testifying before the subcommittee. The hearing focused on the Obama Administration’s decision to delay the employer mandate and the employer information reporting requirements for another year in regard to Obamacare.

Among others, Congressman Brady sought input from business franchise owner Sean Falk . . . .
