On this morning’s “Statutory Agenda,” Sheriff’s Office Operations Bureau Captain Tim Whitecotton will discuss partial exemption from the racial profiling report. IT Director Cheryl Norris will talk about approving the disposition and use of 12 security cameras at the jail after the new jail opens and possible funds needed. County Purchasing Agent Mike Williford will discuss approval of the new jail floor moisture readings from Sedalco and Terracon, the termination letter for Crews & Associates, LP Police database access for the D-A’s Office for $900 for one year subscription from budgeted funds, bids for the D-A’s bullet proof wall, Annex #3 buiding repairs, a contract amendment with Tyler Technologies for programming and maintenace fees for operaton of the new inmate phone system to be paid from budgeted funds offset by a cash bonus from the inmate phone vendor, and an order for discretionary exemption for consulting services.
This morning Judge Danny Pierce will discuss approving a contract for financial advisory services with Coastal Securities.
