Walker County Commissioners will meet for a regular session at nine this morning at the courthouse.
On today’s “Consent Agenda,” commissioners will approve items for surplus sale.
Commissioners will hear reports from the County Clerk, Auditor, Treasurer and Director of Planning and Development.
County Clerk Kari French will present the County Clerk internal Warrant Audit.
Judge Danny Pierce will discuss for approval office space for the Salvation Army, a Letter of Agreement with the SHSU Small Business Development Center, and an order approving spending of certain County and precinct officers. Judge Pierce will also discuss for approval a resolution determining equipment rates and labor for the County Transportation Infrastructure Fund Grant Program. Precinct #4 Commissioner Tim Paulsel will discuss approving a resolution opposing EPA action.
Mirenda Harris-White from Grantworks will update commissioners on the Frisbee’s Landing Grant.
Also listed on today’s agenda, is a workshop for the County Transportation Infrastructure Fund Grant Program which will be recessed until Tuesday, June 10th, at 9 AM.
