Robert Daniel Rodriguez Arrested For Kidnapping And Sexual Assault

HPD Lt. Curt Landrum reported to us that 29-year-old Robert Daniel Rodriguez has been arrested for the aggravated kidnapping and sexual assault of a young woman in Huntsville in September of last year.

Rodriguez is reported to have met his victim in a bar and later allegedly sexually assaulted her. He also allegedly used a stun gun on her to keep her from leaving.

Lt. Landrum informs us that sexual assault is a 2nd degree felony punishable by 2 to 20 years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine. Kidnapping is a 1st degree felony punishable by 5 to 99 years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.
