Town Hall Meeting For Ward #3 Held At Library

City councilmembers and staff gathered at the library’s Community Room Tuesday night for a Town Hall meeting spotlighting issues for the City’s Ward #3.

Ward #3 Councilmember Ron Allen emceed the event. City Engineer Ram Ramachandra made a presentation focused on various ongoing projects for the ward including sidewalk projects, the Highway 190 and Smith Hill Road waterline projects, the Town Creek Drainage Improvement project, the 7th Street Rehabilitation project, and the Sanitary Sewer project on Old Colony Road.  He also discussed the future sewer project along the West Fork of Tanyard Creek.

Local Veterans Affairs Chairman Wayne Keen and Camp Hope official Jeff Clark discussed veterans issues and efforts for a Camp Hope facility in Huntsville.

Ward #3 Councilmember Ron Allen talked about tackling the issues ahead for his ward . . . .
