Community Impact reports that several commercial projects have been filed for Conroe and Montgomery during the last couple of weeks by way of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
Construction will be underway August 1st through December 15th for a new McDonald’s at 749 Fish Creek Thoroughfare in Montgomery. It’s estimated cost is $750,000.
Renovation and alteration is ahead for Conroe Wine & Spirits at 3890 North Frazier Street in Conroe October 1st through February 2, 2024. The work is estimated to cost $52,000.
Renovation and alteration is scheduled July 12th through October 2nd for PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans at 17128 Walden Road in Montgomery. The estimated cost comes in at $200,000.
New construction for a QuikTrip Store at FM 1488 and Walter Woodson Drive in Conroe is scheduled for October 1st through June 30th, 2024. Estimated cost for the store’s construction is $750,000.
Edward Jones at 2040 North Loop 366 West, Suite 121 and 122, in Conroe has renovation and alteration planned for June 21st through August 19th. Their estimated cost was $124,772.
