As usual, new businesses and other facilities will be under construction or renovation in the
Montgomery County area. Community Impact reports that several projects have gone through the filing process through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
These include:
–Montgomery ISD-New Career and Technical Education and Agricultural Center at 1520 Lone Star Parkway in Montgomery which will be under new construction November 16, 2023 through June 10, 2025 at an estimated cost of $65 million.
–The Carmax Auto Superstore at I-45 and Aaron Pasternak Drive in Conroe will be under new construction May 30, 2024 through March 30, 2025 at an estimated cost of $8.4 million.
–Conroe Welding Supply at 4405 N. Frazier Street in Conroe will be under new construction December 1, 2023 through September 1, 2024 at an estimated cost of $5 million.
–Montgomery County ESD No. 1 Fire Station 96 and Training Complex at 11111 Calvary Road in Willis is under new construction January 15, 2023 through January 15, 2024 at an estimated cost of $900,000.
–Chipotle Mexican Grill at 12600 I-45 North in Willis will be under renovation July 29 through December 1, 2024 at an estimated cost of $1.1 million.
–Stella Maris Orothodontics PLLC at 702 W. Montgomery St., Suite 110, in Willis will be under new construction November 12, 2023 through March 12, 2024 at an estimated cost of $291,970.
–Plush Nails Bar at 12360 I-45 North, Suite 200, in Willis will be under new construction December 1, 2023 through March 1, 2024 at an estimated cost of $230,000.
