In Huntsville Police news:
On Tuesday, thefts were investigated in the 600 block of I-45 North and in the 2700 block of Montgomery Road. Three vehicle burglaries were reported—one in the 5000 block of Sam Houston Avenue, another in the 3700 block of Boettcher and the third in the 2600 block of El Toro. A vehicle was reported stolen in the 2600 block of El Toro. A vehicle was damaged in a case of criminal mischief in the 2900 block of Old Houston Road.
–In the 500 block of Palm Street, an unknown suspect sent fake items for an online purpose.
At 6th and Avenue G, Antonio Barton Simmons was arrested on two counts of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance and delivery of marijuana. At the same address, Joshua Pool was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
