You may recall the Vera Bank robbery in Huntsville back on November 27th of last year. HPD Detective Kevin Hammond investigated the case.
According to the Walker County Criminal District Attorney’s Office January 2024 Grand Jury Indictment list, in regard to the incident, David Rodriguez has been charged with two counts of robbery, taking a weapon from an officer and two counts of aggravated assault against a police officer.
