Community Impact has passed along a couple of new home communities.
According to Hycraft Homes President Jordan McDonald, following a grand opening on March 2nd of Lake Creek Ranch, the custom home community will have its model home open in Montgomery during regular business hours.
He said lot sales are already underway, and will offer 50 homes on lots of 1.5 acres. The land packages begin in the mid-$800,000’s and head up from that point.
Regarding schools, the community includes in its zone Lake Creek High School, Keenan Elementary and Oak Hills Junior High.
McDonald passed along the March 2nd grand opening event is free and held from 10 AM to 2 PM at 2412 Old Ranch Road. McDonald said those attending can look forward to drinks, food, raffle prizes and activities for every age.
Also being offered, is a community with 1-plus acre homesites called High Meadow West along FM 1486.
Once it’s finished, 1,000 families will be able to be housed on its 1,600 acres. At a minimum the homes are required to have a living space of 3,200 square feet, along with garages that are with back or side-facing.
A community pond, a recreation center, walking trails, a splash pad and pickle ball courts wlll be available at High Meadow West.
