In Huntsville Police news, looking back over the past several days:
Last Friday, a vehicle was burglarized in the 900 block of Veterans Memorial. In a commercial burglary in the 200 block of 16th Street, a person forcibly entered a storage building and stole property. In a case of aggravated assault, a person was threatened with a knife in the 2200 block of Sam Houston Avenue. A vehicle was reported stolen in the 1800 block of Roosevelt. In the 2600 block of El Toro, a known suspect stole property and a firearm.
On Saturday, property was damaged in two cases of criminal mischief—one in the 2200 block of Sam Houston Avenue and another in the 2800 block of Lake Road.
On Sunday, in a case of aggravated assault in the 1600 block of Sycamore, a known suspect threatened a person with a firearm. A residential burglary was investigated in the 2500 block of Lake Road.
On Monday, in a theft case in the 1800 block of State Highway 30 East, a known suspect stole lottery tickets. In the 600 block of I-45 North, Ivana Merchant was arrested on a TDCJ Parole Warrant. In the 6000 block of Highway 75 South, Tabitha Taylor was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated with a child under 15.
On Tuesday, in the 5000 block of Sam Houston Avenue, Aaliyah Nicole Warren was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and failure to identify.
