Zac Brown’s Ex-Wife Says “I Will Not Be Silenced” After Restraining Order

Zac Brown’s ex-wife, Kelly Yazdi, has hit back at the country singer following the restraining order he filed against her. In a new Instagram reel, Yazdi responds by saying she “will not be silenced” by Brown, despite the country star using his “vast resources” to try and keep her quiet. In the caption that accompanies Yazdi’s Instagram video, she goes on to say: “No one — not even Zac Brown with all of his money, power, celebrity, and lawyers – may silence my right to freely express myself through art or, although I have to date declined to do so publicly, to speak about the circumstances of our pending divorce.” Brown has filed the restraining order to get Yazdi to delete some recent inflammatory social media posts which describe him of committing “narcissistic abuse.” Brown says those posts violate a confidentiality agreement that Yazdi signed.
