In Huntsville Police news, looking back over the past several days:
On Friday, in the 200 block of Highway 75 North, an unknown person stole a semi truck. In a terroristic threat case, a known suspect threatened a person in the 2400 block of Montgomery Road. A case of harassment was reported in the 100 block of Pine Hill. An unknown suspect stole money by deception in the 1300 block of 11th Street. A known suspect harassed a person in the 2900 block of Montgomery. An unknown person entered a vehicle and stole a firearm in the 800 block of Financial Plaza. In a case of fraud, an unknown suspect used another person’s credit card in the 7000 block of Highway 75 South. Property was reported stolen in the 900 block of Thomason. In a case of criminal mischief, a known suspect damaged property in the 2300 block of Sam Houston Avenue. Robert Alfonso Pineda was arrested for public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance in the 2500 block of Sam Houston Avenue. In a case of a burglary in progress, Richard Herrera was arrested in the 1200 block of Josey Street. In the 100 block of Ravenwood Village, Jafari Stewert was arrested for assault on a peace officer, harassment of a public servant, resisting arrest, interference with public duties and failure to identify as a fugitive. In the 1500 block of 11th Street, Avayanna Kizzie was arrested for theft of a firearm.
On Saturday, an unknown suspect took money through deceptive means in the 100 block of Ross Street. In a case of criminal mischief, a vehicle was damaged by a possibly known suspect in the 2300 block of Sam Houston. A known suspect assaulted a person, in the 500 block of Avenue M. A person was assaulted by a known suspect in the 500 block of FM 2821.
On Sunday, police investigated a case of harassment through obscene and offensive comments in the 1200 block of 20th Street. In the 500 block of Smith Hill, Raiven Middleton was arrested for assault on a peace officer, evading arrest, resisting arrest and public intoxication.
