In Huntsville Police news, looking back over the pass few days . . . .
On Thursday, an unknown suspect stole property without making payment in the 200 block of I-45 South. Another theft was reported at the same address. In the 100 block of Memorial Hospital Drive, a known suspect assaulted an emergency room nurse. In the 2700 block of 11th Street, Mugove Mparadzzi was arrested for criminal trespass. In the 200 block of I-45 South, Jordan Alexander Williams was arrested for theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and terroristic threat.
On Friday, two thefts were reported—one in the 2500 block of Lake Road and the other 600 block of 6th Street. In the case of a terroristic threat in the 100 block of Memorial Drive, a known suspect threatened their victim. In a case of criminal mischief, an unknown suspect damaged property in the 100 block of Highway 75 North. A known suspect sexually assaulted a minor in the 200 block of Hickory.
On Saturday, in a case of aggravated assault, a known suspect attempted to run over a person. In the 800 block of I-45 North, HPD assisted the County with stopping a reported stolen vehicle. An unknown suspect damaged property in a case of criminal mischief in the 2200 block of Bobby K. Marks. A vehicle burglary was investigated in the 600 block of I-45 South. Property was reported stolen in the 200 block of I-45 South. In a case of trespassing, in the 200 block of I-45 South, Mugove Mparadzi was arrested for a city ordinance violation.
On Sunday, in the 600 block of 12th Street, an unknown suspect stole a person’s boat. A theft was investigated in the 100 block of Colonel Etheridge Boulevard. In the 200 block of Watkins, Kendrick Franklin was arrested for criminal mischief, resisting and possession of a controlled substance.
