Sam Houston State University, in partnership with the Houston Food Bank, is hosting a Holiday Food Distribution to assist Walker County, surrounding communities, and Bearkat students and families during this holiday season. It will be underway Friday, December 20th from 1 PM to 3 PM at Gibbs Ranch at 733 Fraser Road in Huntsville.
This drive-through food distribution aims to provide essential food supplies to those in need. For safety and efficiency, participants are kindly asked to remain in their vehicles. Volunteers will load food directly into vehicles, ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
