Christmas Bird Count by Huntsville Audubon Society

The Huntsville Audubon Society will participate in the international Christmas Bird Count on Saturday, January 4^th. If you would like to count birds in our area, contact the society. The Christmas Bird Count began on Christmas Day 1900 as a holiday tradition of counting birds in response to declining bird populations. The next meeting of the Huntsville Audubon Society is Thursday, January 16^th, at 6pm at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in Huntsville.
