Child Abuse Prevention Month

April is Child Abuse Prevention Month, a time to focus on building better, safer communities where all children and families can thrive and all children know they are safe and loved. The grim reality is that more than 50,000 children suffered abuse and neglect in Texas in 2024. CASA of Walker, San Jacinto, and Trinity Counties invites us to help them serve local children who need our compassion.
